Hockey Skating Lessons
This program is for skaters ages 6 – 14. Skaters ages 4 and 5 can join if they have already successfully completed one series of Learn to Skate. Skaters will learn the fundamentals of hockey skating skills and will be able to advance to the Hockey Initiation Program upon successful completion of the first 3 levels of classes. Nail down the fundamental skating techniques and skills for hockey players in a fun environment.
Hockey Initiation Program
Sign up for our Hockey Initiation Program and receive FREE GEAR!! Gear includes helmet, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick and pants. The Hockey Initiation Program introduces players to shooting, passing, stickhandling and other fundamental skills.
TOMORROW’S ICE FUTURES IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS
This program is designed for those players who have graduated from the Hockey Initiation Program and will continue to reinforce proper skating and skills. This follows the American Development Model on skills and skating first along with small area games.
Tomorrows Ice Travel Hockey
Sign up for tryouts and showcase your skills! Join a travel team and compete all season (approximately September through February) against other clubs in your region in weekly games and practices. Play for a championship in the end of the season playoffs!

Which equipment is provided in the free gear program?
Ice World provides gear (helmets, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick and pants) for kids 5-15 years old, if it is your first series of HIP. If you need gear we will have fittings before the first class with Linda. Make an appointment with her ahead of time in order to be fitted for gear. Her email is hockeymom21222@yahoo.com.
How often should I practice?
It is recommended that skaters practice at least one other time per week. Please check our monthly calendar for stick & puck and public skating hours.
